My first observation was that it seems a bit overproduced, such that it doesn't really seem to fit any coherent structure. I especially like the pre-chorus though, and the rest is nice due to quirky instrumental hooks.<br><br>It also may be just on the basis of one lyric in the chorus, but when I heard them next to each other the other week I could't help but think "Damn, that sounds like "Faces"", true story. 4.5<br><br>My 89th favourite song of 2012.

Der L-Faktor kehrt in 2012 wieder zurück - Little Boots war schon am Start, La Roux wird folgen - und jetzt die erste Single von Pip Brown: der Sound stimmt, die Töne piepsen - doch ähnlich wie bei Victoria's erster Single finde ich die Komposition selbst zu konventionell und weniger euphorisch wie die Songs vom Debut ... sie darf sich hier gern noch steigern. |

It's a pretty cool track on first listen. Hopefully it'll grow on me more, so I can like it as much as I loved the first album. Then again, I had to hear that about a hundred times before I really appreciated it. |
